I want to take a minute to tell you about our experience using Rob Florida as our realtor. He did a great job selling our previous home and finding our new home for us. He listened to what we were trying to accomplish. Rob had our house sold before it was actually even listed on the MLS. Not only that, he went out and knocked on the doors of houses we saw in neighborhoods we were interested in. Even the ones not for sale. That's how we ended up in our new home. We bought it before it was even officially on the market. Rob's business approach is very flexible and he can do as much or as little as you need him to for differing price points. I can honestly say he saved us multiple thousands of dollars because of this flexibility. For a local, experienced, empathetic professional who is always a step or two ahead, Rob was remarkably patient as my wife and I went through our own process. We'd purchased twice before in other regions including NYC and thought we'd mastered every aspect of the search, the deal, and the process. Rob's value to us increased at each juncture as he constantly re-calibrated his work to match our needs, pace, and personalities. Our home has long-since closed but he remains an accessible and valuable consultant and resource. To say he's "mastered the game" would be understating the fact that he's changed the rules in his clients' favor... I have no doubt he will continue to innovate in a field flooded with formula-bound mediocrity.

My partner and I had a difficult time selling our house. It was the bottom of the market, as I remember. Rob took our property seriously and thought creatively about how to find a buyer. He even found us someone who wanted to rent-to-own our place. He looked for solutions long after the obvious ones were exhausted. We are grateful to him and would seek him out if we were to list another property.

I want to personally thank you for helping me find my home. You listened to what I was looking for and what was in my price range and showed me several houses that fit the bill perfectly. Being a first time home buyer, I appreciated how up front you were about condition of homes, work that may be required, etc versus just trying to sell me something. Lastly, once I settled on a house I really loved, I found out my credit wasn't up to par due to some silly decisions I made as a college student. You went way out of your way to find a solution that worked for me. Your plan allowed me to fix my financials, move into the house, and eventually purchase my home. Thank you so much for for going out of your way to support me in my home purchase!

I really only have good things in our dealing. I think that you have a unbelievable knowledge of the real estate market in this area. I think your networking skills are great and are very easy to talk to and form a relationship. I know this isn’t a long write up but I think you do a great job.

I'll start with the positives. We are very grateful for the work you put into Misty Valley and above all valued your willingness to help with whatever needed to be done to get the house sold. The number of showings we had in spite of living so far away speaks to your commitment in getting the word out and your ability to generate exposure/interest. We believe that the house not selling had nothing to do with effort or skill on your part. We also appreciated the security of knowing that we were dealing with a trustworthy person. Now to areas that we thought could improve. Please understand this is not a personal judgement but rather an evaluation of your business. Overall we felt that things were somewhat disorganized and at times too unstructured/informal. This may have been due to your business transition but it was still concerning since we were dealing with our most valuable asset. We like flexibility (which is a strength for you) but also appreciate a well-structured plan. Finally, we felt occasionally like you weren't hearing our thoughts well. There were times when we were tired and just wanted a simple game plan but you had some complex ideas, often good ideas, that we're just overwhelming at that particular moment. Hope that is helpful and once again want to reiterate that we are grateful for your work and friendship.
